The NeverDoneBefore Testivàl is a community driven event where the members volunteer workshops and organise their own schedule for the 24 hour event on June 23rd 2022.
A visual agenda was required to host the home of the event schedule, and allow the community to create their own agenda on a first come first served basis
Key requirements were:
- to visually communicate the playful nature of the conference
- enable the community members to create their own agenda, including creating their own agenda cards
- to design social banners that would be part of an automated card generator that members could use to promote their session
The Testivàl agenda is a living document. It communicates the style of our Welo Festival space and uses the same graphics to indicate which rooms will be used for the workshops.
The card templates are simple, but easy to use, and snap seamlessly into place amongst the schedule.
