The NeverDoneBefore Facilitation Festival is a 24 hour remote conference (though better described as a festival), featuring a banquet of sessions, knowledge sharing and community driven content.
A visual agenda was required to host the home of the event schedule in Miro,
Key requirements were:
- To visually communicate the playful nature of the conference
- Clear visual ties with the event's branded venue - the NDB Co-working space on Welo
- Enable the event organisers to maintain the schedule and session cards
- Be easy to navigate
- Categorised session cards per workshop type, duration, interactivity level and room
The programme communicates the style of the Welo Festival space by using the same colour set, plus clear graphics to indicate which of the Welo rooms will be used for the workshops.
The session cards were created as a set of editable templates so that the event team could add and schedule the workshop details themselves.
The structure is a long one with its 24 hour durations, so regular breakpoints appear where we remind the viewer which space they're looking at, and give option to jump back up to the top.
I'd love to hear more about your current challenges and how you hope I could help.
