Workshops Work was evolving from a well-known facilitation podcast with supporting resources into a fully-fledged facilitation agency.
The goal was to redefine the website as a welcoming, polished space that clearly communicates the agency’s offering and audience, whilst reflecting the warm professionalism they bring to their clients.

The different objectives and journeys the various visitor types would have
How website visitors should feel and think
How we maintain cohesion between the existing Workshops Work brand work while transforming it into a stronger entity
Different styles that would work well with the new mission and identity
It was important to design a website that would encapsulate our previous brand work so that everything past and future became part of the same system.

Defining and creatively leading a fresh new look and evolved feature set for the Backbase banking demo products.
Defining the brand direction and website for the NeverDoneBefore Facilitation Festival.
