The Mercedes-Benz Vans homepage was receiving low interactions within the main carousel.

CONTRIBUTION

I was tasked with uncovering the reasons why this was happening, and providing a short-term solution until the website receives a full UX review.

OUTCOME

The result was the removal of the main carousel, instead making all key information visibile up front so that the user was aware of the content. Interactions with the (usually hidden) second and third signposts significantly increased.
